What's Foundra Launch's refund policy?

Purchases don't come back once paid, except when we remove your listing. Your consumer rights always apply.

Updated

Once it's paid, it stays paid

When you buy a paid listing on Foundra Launch, that purchase is final. See our terms for the details.

This doesn't change anything about your legal consumer protections—those stand regardless.

The one time we refund

If our team rejects or takes down a listing you've paid for, you get your full payment back right away. It goes to whichever card or account you used to pay. We also send you a credit note.

If you paid in crypto, we'll need a payout address from you to send the refund through.

If a payment gets disputed

When a payment is challenged or reversed, we remove everything that order bought while we're sorting it out. If we win the dispute, your listings come back up. If the dispute goes the other way, they stay down.

Questions people ask

Can I get my money back after I've paid for a listing?
No. Once payment is made, it's yours to keep. The only exception is if Foundra Launch takes the listing down—then you get a full refund automatically to your original payment method, plus a credit note.
What if I paid in cryptocurrency?
We handle crypto refunds the same way, but we'll need you to give us a payout address where we can send it.
What happens if I dispute a payment with my bank?
While the dispute is open, we remove the listings that payment bought. If the dispute is resolved in our favour, they go back live. If it's resolved against us, they stay down.
