About Games & Entertainment

Games and entertainment are rarely made by a faceless studio. Behind a small puzzle, a streaming service or an engine plug-in there is usually one person or a handful of friends, working late and caring about how it feels to play. This page is where those people introduce their work, in their own words, with their own signature on it.

The category covers finished games, the tools used to build them, ways to watch and listen, and light pastimes for a spare ten minutes. Open a card and you will see the founder first, then the product. Listings appear newest first, and you can sort by community votes if you want to see what others rate. Votes can never be bought. Use the filters to narrow by subcategory, then read the profile and judge whether the maker's story matches what you want to play, build or watch.

Games & Entertainment: questions answered

What belongs in Games & Entertainment?
Products made to be played, watched or enjoyed, plus the tools that help people make them. That includes finished games, engines and asset tools, streaming and media services, and casual puzzles. Business software with no link to play or leisure belongs in another category.
How do I choose between Video games and Puzzles & casual?
Think about how a person plays. If it asks for a long session, a world or a story, choose Video games. If it is quick, simple to learn and easy to pick up for a few minutes, Puzzles & casual fits better. Each listing gets one main category.
How do I get my game listed here?
Go to /submit and paste your website address. An AI drafts the profile from that site, then you check and edit every field before anything goes live. Choose this category as your main one. A paid launch costs $5, while a free listing joins a queue of about 6-8 weeks.
Can my product appear in more than one subcategory?
Every listing has one main category, included free. If your product straddles areas, such as a puzzle game that also offers creation tools, a paid upgrade adds up to 3 more categories for $5.
What should I look at when comparing games and tools?
Read the founder's own description, check how clearly it explains who the product is for, and look for evidence of ongoing care, such as updates or a described roadmap. For tools, check that they suit your engine or workflow before you commit time.
