API terms of use

Using the Foundra Launch API or MCP server means you agree to these terms, in addition to the site's own terms.

1. Free, within limits. Access is free within the published rate limits. Do not try to get around them, for example with many keys or accounts.
2. Your account, your actions. Changes made with your key or a connected app count as made by you. Keep keys secret and revoke any that leak.
3. No voting, no manipulation. Do not try to influence votes, rankings, reviews or awards through automation.
4. Accurate submissions. Only submit and edit listings you are allowed to manage, with true information.
5. Payments. Paid products are bought on the site's checkout page by the person paying. Prices and VAT shown there apply. No refunds; your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Using the data. You may show public data from the API in your own apps and answers if you link back to the listing page it came from. Do not resell bulk copies of the data or present it as your own.
7. Changes and suspension. We may change limits or switch off a key or app that breaks these terms or harms the service.
8. No warranty. The API is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability, to the extent the law allows.
