How do I choose what notices I get?
Pick your notification channels, frequency and quiet hours to stay connected on your own terms.
Updated
We think you should hear from us when it matters—but the way you prefer.
Head to /account/notifications to set up your notices. For each kind of message, you choose:
- Where: Email, Telegram or Slack (Telegram and Slack need your own bot or webhook)
- When: Instant, Daily digest, Weekly digest or Off
If you use Telegram or Slack, you can set optional quiet hours so chat notifications pause during times you choose.
What you can't turn off
Some notices are essential and always reach you. These include receipts, refunds, payment problems, disputes, when a listing is held for your founder profile, listing status changes, a missing badge, and security notices like a new device sign-in or an email change request. We keep these on to protect your account and your launches.
Unsubscribe from one notice type
Every notice email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Tap it to turn off just that kind of message—you'll stay subscribed to the others.
