Where to find everything in your Foundra Launch account
Your account dashboard, listings, profile and settings—where each one is and what you can do there.

When you sign in at /account, you land on your home page. It shows your sign-in email and links to every section below, so you can move between them easily. If you have not yet confirmed your email, you can resend the confirmation link from here.
Every email we send about your listing also points you back to your dashboard, your listing editor, and this help centre, so you can jump straight to what you need.
Manage your listings
On /account/dashboard you see the numbers that matter: how many people have viewed each listing, clicked through to your website, voted for you, and where you sit in your launch week. Your Domain Rating is shown here too.
Go to /account/listings to edit your live listing (changes save and go live straight away), pick a new week to relaunch, add or change your categories, or have your listing shown on other launch and discovery sites.
Tell us who you are
Your founder profile lives at /account/founder. Add your photo, name, title, where you are based, a short bio and links to your website or social accounts. You can invite co-founders here as well, or remove them from your team.
Billing, notifications and tools
Visit /account/billing to keep your address and VAT number up to date (we use these for your invoices). Your orders and invoices are on /account/orders.
Free products and offers we have sent you are waiting on /account/gifts. Change how and how often you hear from us—by email, Telegram or Slack—at /account/notifications.
API keys and your connected AI assistants are on /account/developers.
Questions people ask
- How do I update my founder profile?
- Go to /account/founder. Here you can change your photo, name, title, country, bio and personal links, and manage your co-founders.
- Where do I see how my listing is performing?
- Your dashboard at /account/dashboard shows views, website clicks, click-through rate, votes, your position in your launch week and your Domain Rating.
- Can I change how I get notifications?
- Yes. Go to /account/notifications to choose whether you hear from us by email, Telegram or Slack, and how often.
